The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood while being just a 2-minute walk from the village center.

From Junas, you are:

Just a helpful tip to keep in mind: some GPS systems may direct you through the center of the village of Junas, where the streets are very narrow and not convenient—especially for larger vehicles.
I recommend going through the Aujargues roundabout and then turning left toward Junas. It doesn’t make the journey longer, and the route is much easier and more comfortable.

Cleanliness:
Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a reasonable state. Excessive cleaning (leftover food, unwashed dishes, general disorder) may result in additional charges.
Cleaning fees cover standard maintenance between stays (vacuuming, floor cleaning, bathroom sanitation, etc.).
Waste:
Guests must dispose of their waste in the designated bins.
Damages:
If guests cause damage beyond normal wear and tear, they are expected to inform me as soon as possible so we can find a reasonable solution together.
