On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious and cozy living room, a welcoming dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright winter lounge, separate toilets, and a bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and separate toilets.

A beautiful Mediterranean garden, green all year round
A private swimming pool (open from late April to late September) for refreshing swims under the southern sun

The entire house, pool, terraces, and garden are for your exclusive use.
Guest interaction
La Vaunage Concierge Service is in charge of the Mas and will assist you before, during, and after your stay to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The neighborhood
Located on the edge of the small hamlet of Saint-Étienne-d'Escattes, the property offers peace and serenity.
A car is necessary for getting around, but beautiful walks and bike rides are easily accessible from the Mas.
Getting around
A vehicle is required for shopping, visiting, and exploring the surroundings.
Lovely walks and bike rides start right from the house.
Other things to note
Out of respect for our charming neighbors, quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Parties and uncontrolled events are not permitted.
The Mas cannot be rented for event organization.
A security deposit of €500 will be requested. It will not be cashed and will be returned after your departure if the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
If you break or damage something, please inform us and replace it if possible.
